Whilst our online booking system caters for our usual holiday lettings, we are also happy to offer the house on a long term basis.

Rates for this type of let are by negotiation and will depend on various factors - season, duration of let etc.

We will also need to discuss with you letting conditions, as Spanish law is somewhat different to UK law regarding residental lettings.
